Our interests are in the Acquiring, Producing, Developing, Distributing and the financing of film productions of all types to include and not limited to; movies, documentaries, features, short films, independent productions, corporate films, animations, comedies, Dramas, videos and more..
We are highly involved with creating our own productions, but the bulk of our business is in acquisitions of productions for distribution. This is done by purchasing the productions outright or obtaining the exclusive rights for distribution and either in whole or in part gain profit from the sales in all forms, (Productions, Distributions, Advertisements, Merchandising & others). We also acquire funds through our investors or advertising sponsors who gain profit, either through direct investment to projects or through product placement.
Our company’s success is largely due to its association with many widely known and successful production company’s. This combined with our over 20+ years in existence, strong domestic and international distribution and connectivity with visionary directors and actors has profited us with an array of positive history in the industry on our independant or collaborated productions.

ACQUISITIONS
Our acquisitions department is responsible for obtaining the rights and ownership on artistic endeavors. These endeavors which are the intelligent and imaginative productions of many different types of artists are reviewed by a panel and if accepted and acquired, is put into pre production review to determine the best format for its execution to include screenplay rewrite, director search, advertisement work-up, special promotion development, artist talent search and more.
We welcome many different projects into our Mx3 Inc. family, whether the production is a development from an up & coming talent, something from an unknown artist or that of a well known established filmmaker. We strive to help put out the production so that the wonder that is creation of the known or unknown talented can be seen and experienced by the masses.

Filmmaking is an art whether it is done for a large scale production to the small independent set. Filmmaking is a vision of a creative idea brought to life for all to enjoy. INDEPENDENT FILMAKING
Filmmaking also takes place outside of the studio system and is commonly called independent filmmaking. Since the introduction of DV technology, the means of production have become more democratized. Filmmakers can conceivably shoot and edit a movie, create and edit the sound and music, and mix the final cut on a home computer. However, while the means of production may be democratized, financing, distribution, and marketing remain difficult to accomplish outside the traditional system. Most independent filmmakers rely on film festivals to get their films noticed and sold for distribution. However, the Internet has allowed for relatively inexpensive distribution of independent films; many filmmakers post their films online for critique and recognition. Although there is little profitability in this, a filmmaker can still gain exposure via the web.
